Physicals for any student planning to play a middle school or high school sport will be available for $25 on May 11th at Spooner Physical Therapy from 5-6:30pm. Please use the provided packet under "Links and Forms". All parent signatures must be complete in order to receive a physical. Fee can only be paid via cash or check on site.
