Athletic Registration Instructions 

**All sports registrations will be completed online at RegisterMyAthlete.com

** NO PAPER COPIES WILL BE ACCEPTED AT THE HIGH SCHOOL OR MIDDLE SCHOOL OFFICES

How to Register:

• Go to RegisterMyAthlete.com and create an account if you are a NEW athlete to FHHS or FHMS. Existing athletes will use their current account. 

• Select “Start/Complete Registration”

• Select “New Registration for the 2022-2023 School Year” 

• Select “Fountain Hills HS and Fountain Hills MS”

• Select either an existing athlete or add new athlete 

• Select sport: Select all of the sports you plan on participating in this year, you may always go back and edit this if you change your mind

• Complete and UPLOAD all required documents with signatures. Physicals dated prior to March 1st of the current year will be denied

• Read and agree to all required documents

• Complete all e-signatures for both parent and athlete 

• All documents and signatures will go to the athlete director for review, once cleared to play the athletes status will say “Ready for Tryouts” 

Participation Fee Instructions:

• $200.00 participation fee is due prior to the first scheduled contest for high school students, $175.00 for middle school students

• Payments are accepted online at https://fountainhillsusd.revtrak.net/

  • Choose either “High School” or “Middle School”

  • Choose “Athletics”

  • On the left hand side, choose the sport you are participating in and follow the instructions

  • Payments can be made in person by check only, NO CASH, to the Athletic Office located in the high school
